Food Coaching

For the individual or a family.  If you are committed to making a change in your eating habits but need some extra encouragement, Food coaching is an ideal way to ensure that your diet and nutritional habits stay on track!

After an initial 1-2 hour consultation, an overhaul of your kitchen cupboards, refrigerator and shopping list, and the development of a nutritional plan, you will then be “coached” on a weekly or monthly basis.  Coaching includes analysis of a food diary; access to Khristine with any questions you may have on food, nutrition, recipes and food shopping and ongoing followup.
